At Orbyt, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. As all our products are made-to-order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do offer replacements in specific cases outlined below.


✅ Eligible for Replacement

We will provide a free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a wrong item (incorrect design, size, or product)

  • The product has a manufacturing or print defect


❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer


📸 Proof Requirement

To request a replacement, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.


⏳ Time Frame

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted


🔁 Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be processed and shipped at no additional cost

  • The original product does not need to be returned


🚫 No Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our made-to-order products. All sales are final except in cases covered under the replacement policy.
